In every region of France, the Jourpost monthly journal is La Post's principal means of internal communications. Our consultants contributed to it’s development:
- by creating and running a one-day action workshop in November 2006 for Rhône-Alpes correspondents, where a journal was developed, written and published in a single day!
- by animating two seminars (June and November 2007) on the themes of organization and permanent product improvements, where chief editors and secretaries from across France worked together.
